Why is my itunes ringtone on my iphone playing with no sound?
Hi
Just got my iphone this past week from Orange. I purchased a ringtone via Itunes on my iphone. I have set it to my ourchased ringtone and when anyone tries to call me the phone just vibrates with no sound, even though the ringtone is attached to it. All the pre-installed ringtones work as they should.
Any ideas how to get resolved so that the ringtone I purchased actually rings when the phone rings.
