i need to what softwere can download ringtones for samsung phones and motorola?
I know you can use this software (http://www.create-ringtone.com/) to put a ringtone on your phone. I used it to transfer a wav to an LG and a Samsung via txt message (I don’t want to buy a cable). You do have to play around with the format a bit as some phones don’t use mp3s, or wavs (I had to use qcp).
If you have a wave/mp3 you can use the software to catch a certain portion of large audio and/or loop audio.
