why arnt my ringtones from myxer sending to my phone?

i have a samsung instinct and it has sent the texts before but for some reason it hasnt anymore. i deleted my account and made a new one it sent the confirmation tex but not the ringtone and i have waited for about 15 mins. but it still hasnt came.

sometimes your cell phone carrier (Verizon, Sprint,ect.) may be preventing you from recieving the message with the attached ringtone. you may want to go onto myxer and edit your cell phone options to be more successful with recieving the ringtone.
